The Connex500 is capable of printing multiple materials in a single print, through an additive manufacturing process (layer by layer). The case to the right is an example of how we can combine different colours and textures in any combination. And because we can scan your phone, using a 3D laser scanner, you can be sure that when we print it in 3D, you will have a case that fits perfectly! Our 3D printers are capable of printing to within 16 microns of the original CAD file produced from your 3D laser scan, which allows for the rapid reproduction of intricate details. We can also print your rapid prototype at 30 microns per layer for reduced production time.
Do you like your old cell phone case, but it has broken? Well using Proto3000’s reverse engineering service, we can recreate your favourite accessory, through a scan. Once scanned we can alter any deficiencies and tailor any new changes you want made to it. We can smoothen, emboss, engrave, cut, adopt, alter, carve, infuse, shape, duplicate, add colour, animate, scratch, sculpturize and improve your 3D CAD model to your exact specifications, using our industry leading 3D post processing and 3D Printing software.
